Aegis Strategic Resources, Inc.
Secure inputs for energy, infrastructure and industry.
We are building a U.S.-based platform that develops critical mineral and energy resource supply chains, supporting secure and diversified inputs for energy, infrastructure, and industrial markets.

Why it matters
Critical minerals and nuclear fuels underpin power generation, infrastructure and industry, yet many of these supply chains are concentrated in a small number of countries. U.S. and allied supply-security policy increasingly calls for secure, diversified inputs. Aegis exists to help build the projects that deliver them.
How we work
Aegis is a platform, not a single project. For each opportunity we sponsor and lead a dedicated project vehicle, bring in operating partners, and advance in stages, each gated by a go/no-go decision.
Where we're active
We work with allied resource countries across the Americas, starting in Argentina and the Southern Cone.
The platform
What we do
On every project, Aegis does the same six things. Each one is built to be repeated, so the platform gets stronger with each new opportunity.
- 01
Resource intelligence
Screening and target generation from geology, remote sensing and existing data.
- 02
Project structuring
A dedicated vehicle and partnerships per project; Aegis sponsors and leads, partners operate.
- 03
Staged development
Validation → engineering → construction, each stage behind a go/no-go gate.
- 04
Capital pathways
Matching projects with U.S. and allied development finance and private capital.
- 05
Supply-chain integration
Linking upstream resources to processing and to U.S. end buyers.
- 06
Stakeholder engagement
Governments, state companies, provinces and communities.
Advisory services
Through its professionals, Aegis also advises resource owners, state and provincial companies, and investors across the critical-minerals project cycle, from exploration to financing.
-
Exploration strategy
Target generation from geology, remote sensing and GIS.
-
Technical due diligence
Independent review of mineral assets and existing data.
-
Process and industrial engineering
Input on processing routes and plant concepts.
-
ESG and community engagement
Social licence and stakeholder planning.
-
Project structuring
Vehicles, partnerships and staged development plans.
-
Financing strategy
Mapping U.S., allied and private financing pathways, and preparing projects for investor and agency review.

Current flagship
Uranium: allied front-end fuel supply
Argentine resource and in-country processing feed U.S.-sited conversion for U.S. enrichers, building an allied front-end supply of nuclear fuel.
Value chain
- Argentina Resource Argentine uranium resource Upstream resource in an allied country.
- Argentina Processing In-country processing Processed in Argentina before it moves.
- United States Conversion U.S.-sited conversion Conversion capacity located in the United States.
- United States Enrichment U.S. enrichers Front-end supply delivered to U.S. enrichers.
Staged approach
- 01
Validation
Confirm the resource, the route and the partners.
- Go / no-go
- 02
Engineering
Design, permitting pathway and cost definition.

Where we focus
Focus areas
A narrow focus keeps the platform credible. We name specific minerals only once real work backs them.
Sectors
Energy, infrastructure and industrial markets.
Geography
Argentina and the Southern Cone first, then the wider Americas.
Resources
Uranium today, with other critical minerals to follow.
